YOUR TATTOO TAKES A MINIMUM OF 2 WEEKS TO HEAL. You can see signs of it healing for up to a month after.

1- The wrapper comes off in 2 to 4 hours. When you take it off, wash the tattoo with liquid soap and water, and pat it dry with a paper towel. No more bandaging.

2 - WASH YOUR HANDS and then apply a thin layer of Vitamin A and D ointment.
USE ONLY NEW OINTMENT AND DO NOT SHARE.

Other products which are also good to use include Aveeno Daily Moisturizing Lotion, Aquaphor, Burt’s Bees Hand Salve, Trader Joe’s Head to Toe Balm, etc.
Apply whenever your tattooed skin feels tight and dry.

3. In three days of getting your tattoo, it will start to form a scab. A tattoo scab looks like crusty colored corn flakes. It will be flaky like that for about 2 weeks. You may see whitish skin growing over your new tattoo for up to a month after that. leave it alone, this is normal. DO NOT SCRATCH OR PICK.

4. After 4 days, any FRAGRANCE FREE lotion is fine to use.

5. Keep your tattoo clean by washing twice a day with soap and water, but other than a quick wash, DO NOT SOAK IN WATER. Soaking can prematurely remove flaking skin, and pull color out of your new tattoo.

6. DO NOT ALLOW OTHER PEOPLE TO TOUCH.

7. NO SUN, NO SWIMMING, NO SCRATCHING, NO PICKING,DO NOT ALLOW OTHERS TO TOUCH  - this applies for the first two weeks. After that, do as you like!
